MILORA was founded around the beautiful friendship of Michelle, Lorna, and Ara, registered nurses from Washington state, who experienced the damaging effects of understaffing and lack of work-life balance. Inspired by divine calling, their journey began with a purpose beyond planning. Michelle, BSN, RN
Michelle brings a unique blend of healthcare expertise and business acumen. She currently works as a Medical Surgical RN in WA State and graduated Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Finance with invaluable managerial expertise from her dental stint in Singapore.
During her free time, she leisurely enjoys walking her two beloved dogs, Rex and Rudy, and cherishes moments of relaxation with her husband through movies and travel adventures.
Lorna, MSN, RN
Lorna currently works as a college professor and a clinical instructor at a university in WA state. She is a psychiatric/mental health nurse and has a background in critical care. Lorna worked at a local government before following her divine calling to become a nurse. During her free time, she loves traveling and spending outdoors with her family.
Ara, BSN, RN
Ara is currently a Medical-Surgical Nurse in WA state. She also had a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences and had a background in Management and Entrepreneurship. During her free time, she loves camping and going on a road trip.
